Jo Ann can tell you she has done dozens. But Dave gave the basics in the post in site updates. The purpose is to allow plants to be seen in a grouping and identify each plant in the group, while the name is linked to the database with all the specifics for that plant.

The trick is to get the plant ID# from the database or the URL from the internet address line. Either will link the plant name to the database.
Some people use two windows open at same time, some gather the data on a sep. document page before they start and just cut and paste.
