Here in Georgia. I transplant broccoli, cabbbage, collards,caulliflower from Labor Day to the the first of October. Direct seed turnips, rutabagas,mustards, kohlrabi, pak choi from late August to mid October. If I do kales I direct sow in late September, early october. Direct sow English peas around Thanksgiving. Transplant onions in early December.
