I definitely agree. There are some spots where multiple buttons use up lot of the menu bar, but those are useful buttons there.
I was thinking that the "add data details" dialog had room for those buttons. BUT, "Home" and "End" take care of my wish perfectly. So there is no need to add menu bar buttons.
