I have been trying to start a slow growing red Plumeria. Last night while at work it rained. HARD. While we welcomed the needed rain I didn't get my Plumeria start moved in and this morning when I checked on her, she was sitting in water. I drained it out as best I could. Any other ideas to prevent rotting? btw, the sun only came out for a bit today. Not enough to dry anything out.
