The cupped form makes it look like it descended from gallicas & centifolias. The yellowish tint is definitely suggestive of something more modern - tea roses or post-pernetiana hybrid teas. It all makes me think it is most likely a DA rose. Comparing it to a photo of Claire Rose in DA's "Old Roses and English Roses" suggests that might be a reasonable guess. Emily, Evelyn, Cressida, or St Cecilia, and Sharifa Asma might be possibilities, too.

If it really doesn't have a yellowish tint, Heritage is a possibility. And I guess there is some possibility it is an old garden rose. I believe elsewhere someone suggested Souvenir de la Malmaison. Repeat flowering rules out anything older than that.
