Thanks to Arlyn's efforts and attempts through several forms of media, I got in touch with Eroctuse2. He never had this iris. He photographed it at the 2005 AIS convention in St. Louis. Bummer.
Joan Roberts does not have much of a web pressence to start with, so it is hard to track down her introductions. I am getting a "bad feeling" that 3 or 4 of her intros may be "lost forever". A very sad tale for introductions that are not even a decade old! Her is the short list of the missing and their intro dates:

Until recently, "Blue on Blue" was also on that list. I found that cultivar in the garden of the AIS president!
