I've always called this one my NOID aurelian #1. I find photos of it in my archives going back to 2006 and I can't for the life of me figure out where it came from. I don't think it is a named lily. I have had it growing in a garden area that often is under water for brief periods during the winter. It never got more than three buds on a stem, usually just two. Last fall I did a big dig and removed all the lilies growing in that area and this one got moved to the raised bed.

I was surprised to see how well they came back and in spite of the transplanting these three stems returned with up to six buds on a stem. The only problem with it is that it has a combination of short stems (3 feet) and downfacing blooms. I took scales when I dug it and now have several more coming along. In spite of the flaws a group planted close together will look real nice.
