Over the years I've collected three of these rose bushes from Rogue Valley. The first one was appreciated because it was a free mystery rose. The two others are just irritating because they were mislabeled and were supposed to have been other roses that I had ordered.

It's a single bloom. It starts out with a white center, which gradually disappears while the rest of the bloom gets darker.

It blooms mostly in small clusters and is about 3 feet tall with a sprawling habit. It usually has more blooms than you can see in today's photo, but it's between flushes right now.

It reminds me a lot of Cocktail, but with a white center instead of a yellow one.

I'm sure it's a shrub, but Rogue Valley doesn't include shrubs in its search characteristics, so I couldn't search for it that way. After searching through all of their roses with single blooms, I had to settle for Chuckles as the closest fit.
