Yep, goats. Our meat and dairy supplier is now raising American Nubians, the same as you, I think. Apparently they are known for their high quality and higher butterfat milk production, plus they're very friendly. I'm looking forward to trying some when they start selling the milk. I'd love to give cheese making a try! Is that part of the hazard?
