Whatever rose it is, I like it! That is aggravating to not know the name, though.
My drift roses change color, and some even vary in number of petals. One in a group of 7 has decided it is going to be a tall rose bush while the others stayed short and wide. They all came from the same place, were planted in the same bed, in the same soil. Weird.
Could yours be a sport?

Maybe you should take cuttings, grow them out to 8" or so, name it, then sell it back to Rogue as a really cool new rose.
You would either make money or find out the real name that way. Sticking tongue out nodding
