The only thing I learned with the Semps is that if they are not kept outside in the winter come Spring they flower and do not give you any babies. So I never put semps in a garage or anywhere in the house.

I have never brought my tender Succulents in until the temps hit 35. For me that usually is around Oct-Nov. Why 35? Because it is only 35 for a few hours at night. By morning it is 50s - 70s. The few cool night time temps do not damage the plants.
