We should have sweet corn here for another month. Many years ago my Wives Grandfather planted some corn really late...we had a long fall and actually had sweet corn well into Nov. As I remember the ears were small and the kernels scattered because of lack of pollination but it tasted great. If anyone is interested i have a wonderful recipe for creamed corn. It has no resemblance to that ? in the can.
