Healthy Lifestyle Thread? Gee, I would ask for a link or go look for that one but I'd probably be kicked out my first day! Just kidding ... I usually try to live a healthy lifestyle, don't drink, don't smoke, and I try to eat healthy ... but I've fallen off the wagon lately when it comes to food and exercise! I'm anxious for cooler weather to return so that I can get back into my walking routine of a couple miles a day. I've had folks who live in the north tell me that they lose their healthy lifestyle during the very cold winter months when they can't get outside because of snow and ice but here in the south it's just the opposite; with the oppressive heat and humidity we tend to want to stay inside in the comfort of air conditioning. Gee ... I've lived in the south my entire life and when I was growing up we never had air conditioning and we played outside in the heat and humidity from morning time into the early evening. I've really gotten "soft" with age.
