Lin, when we had the three hurricanes cross Florida in 2004, we had to clean up our almost 3 acres and I spent each day dragging downed limbs, etc. out to the front road for pickup. The weather was steamy to say the least and I lost 15 lbs., which I might say I rapidly gained back. However, I'm with you, I do my healthy lifestyle walking in the winter to shed the pounds I've gained eating dishes like Paul's creamed corn and BBQ!
