It has been ignored all summer, except for some big clumps I dug and just set on the ground because they were sinking down into the rot. We got a whole lot of rain for awhile this year and I was afraid I would lose a lot of them to rot. This clump dig seems to have stopped the rot from progressing. Leaf spot is my biggest buggaboo this year (each year it is something different!) but everything is looking better after a removal of the worst leaves. Something interesting - the big clumps I dug and set aside do not have leaf spot. No sign of scotch this year! Big relief!
