Okay Julia, ready to give my report on Pinky and Blue Pearl.
Blue Pearl is doing great, can't wait for next year when it will have more of a clump. Nice and upright, good color, and the blooms are just now thinking about opening. I'll get a photo of them in the next couple of days.

I thought Pinky was dead, very dead. But miracles happen. There are tiny little clusters of leaves showing at the base of the plant. Hurray!
Was I ever relieved.

Here is Blue Pearl starting to bloom.
