tantefrancine: Welcome! to ATP and Thank you so much for the recipe ... I love Corn Fritters and will definitely try your recipe!

Welcome! tantefrancine and thanks so much for the recipe. I'm with you, Lin. I love corn fritters, too. In fact, I love corn in any form! Hopefully, we will never have to experience the summer of 2004. My brother passed away in the fall of 2003, and I am so grateful that he didn't have to endure that. He had just built his home in 1996 and would not have left it, although he had diabetes and COPD, and was on oxygen. The word stubborn comes to mind. During Charlie, a large pine tree split and the tip of it brushed against the guest room window and during Jeanne, a large limb broke off at the top of an oak tree beside our garage, and we barely got it tied off late on the evening before the storm it. The tree guy said his bucket didn't reach high enough to get up there and cut it but he could tie it off, and that worked. The next day during the storm I could see it swinging in the wind and finally it came down, barely missing the garage. Thank goodness, the tree guy knew his business!
Any day you wake up on the sunny side of the grass is a good day.
