Jacquie, I usually have a lot of buds by now but because as you said we have had weird weather. There as so much rain and cooler this year. I have a few buds and I think it is the ones that usually bloom earlier than others.
I think Pa is cooler than your area so I usually do have a lot of buds in Sept. but not this Sept.
