My sister came over the North Cascades Pass (northern Washington) last weekend and it should be spectacular at this time -- she said it had SOME color but nothing like usual. She also said her aspen on the east side were more brown-gold than yellow-gold. Not sure what affects the color, but it is sure shaping up to a rather subdued fall for me.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
