With that small and out of focus picture, It is hard to say. Does look a little like a Stapelia. If it is soft to handle. If it is in the cactus family, it should be harder and have sharp spines. I have a mini Cholla 'Opuntia Subulata' and it is hard to handle with out loosing some blood over. So maybe we need to wait and see another photo.
Would be nice to see what you got there.
