Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing I hadn't thought of that ! It's just part of living in the mountains in the midst of a forest.

I've only had one snake hole in 9 years. When I found it this year, I poured about half a gallon of ammonia down the hole and filled it in and then poured vinegar all around the area. I only had weeds growing there, so that was fine. Since I haven't found another snake hole, I think that snake has moved onto my neighbor's property.

The fox that moved onto my property got rid of the skunks and the bears that live in the park across the road always raid my neighbor's garbage, but don't touch mine. I bag meat scraps with ammonia and other kitchen waste gets buried in the compost pile.

I've only seen one cougar on my side of town. They are here, but they seem to prefer the other side of town. BJ's cougar will stay around until she's gotten rid of the whole herd on BJ's property, but most likely the deer will move to where they think it is a safer location.

Franks says I have to learn how to use a gun. Ha ! I doubt if I could hit anything I aimed at ... some protection.

I just don't like snakes !

Smiles,
Lyn
I'd rather weed than dust ... the weeds stay gone longer.
