There was a huuuuge storm cloud that reached all the way from the College Station to the Gulf Coast this morning, hitting my area at around 5:30 a.m. And I had to drive home from work in it! One moment it was clear and then I drove right into the blinding storm, making it crazy to drive on the streets. The sky was green, tornado-green and debris was flying all over. There was local street flooding and branches blocking roadways. What normally takes me 20 minutes to drive home took and hour, often traveling stop and go at 10 mph strictly because I couldn't see ahead of me. There were two things on my mind: 1) SO GLAD it was a Sunday morning and not a Rush Hour Day! and 2) I have GOT to get home to pull my Plumeria out of the winds and into safety. We are all safe and the sun is shining today.
Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love Truly, Laugh
uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you Smile.
