And yes, make sure they are horse pellets. The rabbit ones have a load of salts and minerals added to them which can wreak havoc on your soil.
I didn't know that I shouldn't use their pellets and to get the horse pellets. We have a tractor supply close to us and I'll get a bag next year to use.
