Nice looking GH, Theresa. During the cold months you won't be able to keep the door(s) open or the vents open. You will let in the cold and lose the heat, so fans are a great idea to keep air moving. I have four in each of my two GH's. For flooring, I decided to put a 3-4" layer of cypress mulch and then cover it with GH fabric. The fabric is very tough yet allows water to go through. The mulch is easy on the feet and retains moisture. This was also the least expensive and easiest way to get flooring.
