As Porkpal said, New Dawn is pink. There is a White New Dawn and a New Dawn Rouge, but no yellow rose has been given that name. Presumably, it would have to be a climber to warrant the use of the "New Dawn" name by Lowe's, so I think you'll have to look through the yellow climbers to find the correct name. If it was a relatively inexpensive rose, it probably is not patented, and the only one I can think of that's sold regularly in the chain nurseries is Golden Showers, which doesn't match the shape of the rose in your photos.
