Yes, the chance to relax for a few months is welcome. I love the snow covered garden, too, and often take photos and then enter the plants in the garden on a blank canvass of snow.

You have the miserable deer just as we do! They don't dig for plants here but wait until they're about to bloom, then eat them. In the case of hosta they eat them from May to December.
