I probably would not buy them if I lived up north, but here in zone 8 they do fine if I get the big ones. I had plenty of double fans that did not bloom either and I do not have a cat to blame. LOL.
But sometimes it is not the plants fault, I should have watered and fertilized more. Plus not all are getting enough sun, I need to move some of them, but not today.
