Happy New Year Everybody!
Bitter cold in the Great Lakes area!
Guess we are making up for the previous mild winters.
Last night it was - 10 and we had a water pipe burst.
Hubby will probably be up all night working on it. joy.
My outside critters seem to be doing well despite sub zero temps and our Terrier Shelby proudly killed
her first squirrel today. We always let her shoo the squirrels away from the bird feeder but this time she caught one!
We spend Christmas in Chicago at one of our sons and had a lovely time
although driving home was slow going in blizzard conditions.
