Sorry I disappeared again but all that cold weather just caused a small relapse. I'm better now but it's still cold. Thank God, not like you wonderful Northern folks are having though. It's 38 and raining bushels full here right now. Supposed to be in high 30's to low 40's for a couple days with freezing after dark. I can stand this. I sure hope this is the last of the big storms but from what I read, you are to get more later in the week. I sure wish we could bottle some of this to send to Arizona and California and any other place that needs it.

Rita, I'm glad you are settled in. I've learned not to worry too much about you after the storm last year. I spent many worried days but you have proven to be very intelligent when it comes to storms. Stay home, stay inside and stay warm. Very smart. It's a shame that the Governor of Georgia didn't know that. Bet he does next time the Nat Weather S. gives out ice warnings.

I read Natalie's post about all the stuff they load into the truck just to go to town and smiled!! When David and I used to go to town(only 15 miles) it was like moving. Have we got water? Snacks? Flashlight? Batteries?? all of the 15 miles are very populated but we were always prepared for doomsday.
