We woke to dreary fog this morning, but the sun finally appeared and it will be 81° by 3 or 4 (depending on which weatherman predicted). I opened the hoop house on the patio. Everything is alive, but some pots have suffered from lack of light rather than the cold, I think. The wind is picking up, so I'm going to close it up again. Otherwise, our house will be wearing a "cape."
