great podcast!
One of the kids mentioned amaranth....I grew some last year but had a wretched time trying to harvest it. I'm not sure if it was too early or if I didn't plant enough. Anyway, is there a trick to growing this plant? I'd love to try again but I'm kinda disappointed.
