I certainly think it's a reed stemmed epi. The question is ~~~ which one? Maybe when it blooms, you will be able to ID it.
BTW, when I lived in Zone 10 in Fl. I had the one I gave the link for. It was planted right in the ground. It had some shade but plenty of hot sun. After establishing, it took drought like a champ & withstood a couple 20 degree nights we had during a freak cold front.
