It reminds me of my Austrocylindropuntia subulata when it has no leaves. But your plants looks a bit stressed in growth. Shrug!
This is my plant for comparison: depending on the season, sometimes it has those pointy leaves, sometimes just hairlike growth on the nodules..sometimes prickly thorns on the nodes.
