Not sure if this is actually a volunteer flower, I think it is, or a weed. I have very few weeds that grow in this bed, but can't rule it out. Before I pull the plant, I would like an ID, please. Anyone know this plant?

Edited to add:
I went out to dig some of these up to plant in the sun...then I recognized them instantly. I don't know the name but I now know where they came from. I dug some daylilies from my Mom's after she passed away these things had engulfed the entire bed. I went over to the house and took some pictures just to show how invasive they are, and I just cleared this bed this past fall. I washed and cleaned the daylilies very good trying to avoid this and the rattlesnake weed in that bed, but still must have missed a little piece. The roots are thread like, and they are runners and when you try to pull the plants they just break off, almost impossible to get all of it. An absolutely terrible plant to try and control. I have never noticed any kind of bloom on them.
