Well, I have never seen any of these in my area, but there could be a field full of them next door and I might not notice. What little info I find on Stylophorum diphyllum mentions it growing in north Alabama, and I am in south east Alabama. I have gotten no other suggestions, and it is suppose to bloom in spring, so I guess I will wait and see. I'll post back if it develops blooms and post a picture. Thanks! Think I'll just call it a poppywort, sort of like the sound of that.
