Yes, Anna it does have drainage. I purchase old tubs and zinc buckets cheaply wherever I can find them to incorporate into my garden. Most have rusted spots or holes and are perfect for plantings or holding areas. The ones without holes are used for catching rainwater, general washing chores in the garden and buckets without holes hold a lot of my Louisiana irises in pots. They love a little bit of water on their roots, especially during our hot and dry summers. Once you have a tub on hand you will find many uses for it.

And Teri you are so right! A tub of mixed blooms in the garden will temp you to let them live there for awhile. lol

Thank you all for the kind words for my little tip. Pass it on like we pass on plants. smiles
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?
