I have a Peperomia from the rainforest in Brazil, there are 76 (!) species only in the area I took photographs of the plant. No photo material is to be found on the web of the vast majority of them.
But I did go through the whole list of them recorded in the 'Flora do Brasil', only having the reference of Herbarium species

I found that my plant is likely Peperomia adsurgens but cannot be absolutely sure. Rolling my eyes.
