I can not bring myself to toss superfluous rhizomes when I dig up one of the massive numbers of yellow and purple NOIDS I have, so I have just stuck them in the ground where ever, or in containers if I spot room in one. (That habit will be changing Sticking tongue out ) Thought this container was entirely my NOID 'lion', maybe some Impressionist, too, but--surprise!--it is the yellow NOID (may or may not be Alice Harding) that blooms first every year. This one is my LAST bloom stalk for the year, so it was a big surprise. Fun stuff. Smiling
