Last fall I had to leave my family home and I dug up one of my deceased mother's rose bushes to take with me. I planted it in my new back yard and this spring it's not doing well at all. No leaves at all, but the branches are still green. I dug it up again and am going to try and pick a better spot for it. Any suggestions on how to get it to perk up?
