The problem is that families who do want to provide for their families either by necessity or for health reasons, are being told they cannot have chickens. That was the main meat source for my Grandmother who did live in the suburbs, Not to mention the eggs! She had six children to feed. If at all possible, grow chickens because at least you know what they have been eating. LOL.
