Stephanie, Yes it's a Nelly Moser. It will get as high as you let it and rebloom abundantly. I have given away many starts because any trailing vines tend to root. I currently have four Nelly's around the yard. I usually give them a good hair cut after the first bloom to try and keep them in check.
