Great! I thought I was funny for liking the sibs so much. I discovered that spuria in my bed and I was thrilled! Hurray! When I saw it, I had gone in and told my DH all about it. He was very happy for me, and at the same time, had no idea what I was talking about. Hilarious!

Interesting. There's so much to learn about these plants. I'm zone 7, too, but I know not all zones are created equal. While the winters here are mild, the temperatures stay low for a long time. In the summer, 70s are the highs. Farther inland, the summers are hotter and winters colder, but still a temperate climate. Though, this seems to be a hot year. We got temperatures in March that we didn't see until June last year. Last May, we still had frosts.

lovemyhouse, almost every time I see your avatar it is different. It makes me chuckle. I love it.
