My Dahlia Fidalgo Julie just hates the hot full sun..glad it only gets at the most 3 hours ..once it gets the shade, it looks better again. I guess our combined inland heat and very dry conditions is not to its liking. Hopefully that 3 hours is enough for it later to attempt some blooms.
