I can find no record of reported re bloom, which, in itself doesn't really mean too much!...may do it , and was just never reported, for example, or, it may be like Beverly Sills, or Tiger Honey, and DOES rebloom..sometimes, some places under ideal conditions! As to color, the first pic is very like most of the pictures on the AIS wiki, so I would say that pic #1, IS typical, and pic #2is the "abnormal" example, which may be expected for "maiden bloom", as lots of "first blooms", on newly planted iris ,are apt to be odd, in some way....Arlyn
