Yet you are showing flowers in a couple of photos above? Does it bloom occasionally, or were these accidental postings? Just curious... mine has never produced flowers - seems it is too grossly distorted to do so. On the other hand, this is sort of a good thing with
Sempervivum - no dead rosettes to leaves gaps the following year!
