How awesome that a daylily was named for your great grandmother! It might be hard to find since it is so old, as you know.

To start your search, I would recommend that you go to

That is the American Hemerocallis Society's link to the Florida region. There are many email addresses there and maybe some of those people have the daylily or could give you some leads to people in Central Florida who have historic daylily gardens.

I hope that someone who reads your post here will have the daylily and can send a piece to you!

You will enjoy being on ATP. There is a lot of good information here and a lot of helpful people.
