I did a quick casual search for 'Midday Sun' but couldn't find it for sale. (I do have the hybridizer site link for 'Twenty Carrot', but thanks for the AHS link.)

Fascinating that your list of golds includes 'Jerusalem', which is an ancestor of 'Midday Sun'.

I did find a source for 'By Myself'. The size and height are about what I want; I will take the bad (older form, no rebloom) with the good (rust resistance). In the short term I will (hopefully) have more brilliant gold for the garden; in the long term maybe I can make some crosses... Whistling
