Pinch off a TINY bit and taste it. I have a feeling that this is Ghost or Scorpion peppers and will be extremely hot. I grew Trinidad Scorpions last year and the only thing I could do with them is to use them in making a hot sauce - apple vinegar, garlic, and peppers.
