Some of the pods that I harvested last year looked really huge, only to have 6 or 7 seeds in them, and others looks rather average size, and had 15 or 20 seeds in them. I've been frustrated by the number of pods that have rotted off right at the pod this summer. When I brought them in to dry out and mature, they have turned to mush. It happend to two of my pods in my "Pink Project" Oh well, there's always next year. One has about 2 inches of stem left on it, and it still seemed OK the last time I checked it.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
