Thanks for all your responses. I gave a couple if the peppers to my son who eats jalapeƱos as often as he can. He said the tiny bit he ate was very hot but had a great flavor. He is going to make a sauce based on his habanero sauce recipe. I have been surprised and thrilled with your responses.
